In my 9 years of professional experience, I have learnt that achievement stems from perseverance. At Al Accad, we never give up. In the last decade, we started many new ventures and there were times when things were not going according to the plan but we remained persistent. In the end, we achieved everything that we had set our eyes upon and all our hard work was justified.

A Professional Executive (B.Com, M.Com, FMP, MBA) with 28 years of diversified experience including 24 years with GE at various management positions in Finance, Internal Audit and Risk Management in MEA and Central Asia regions. He is an active member of various organizations including Board of Governors of Sh. Rashid Makhtoum Pakistani School-Dubai, Toast Master International, Dubai Human Resources Forum (DHRF), Institute of Learning and Management UK (ILM), and Islamabad Society for Prevention of Blindness.
As an expert on business restructuring and organizational effectiveness, he comments that our commercial strategy of ‘Execution for Growth’ and a clear vision of becoming a ‘Supplier of Choice’ in hospitality industry across GCC would help us strengthen the leadership position in this region while improving the return on shareholders’ investment. He strives for excellence and leads the long standing commercial relationship with all business associate, customers and employees.
One of the founding members of Al Accad Spare Parts Division, he actively took part in starting this venture in 1976. At that time, he was a Sales Manager for Mercedes Benz, BMW and VW Audi spare parts.
Throughout his experience with Al Accad, he has strictly maintained the quality of our products by providing spare parts from Genuine and OEM brands. He has used this strategy to sustain a clients list that comprises of local and international well-established companies and a majority of Government organizations.
He states that throughout his professional career, he abided by one rule: Customer is my king.
Mr. Raju started his professional career in 1988 with Al Accad. At that time, he was a Sales Executive in the Retail division of Al Accad. He took an active role in the startup of Hospitality division. Now, after 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry he says that the best way to improve any business is to get excellence in customer service.
As a GM of Al Accad Hotel Supplies, he ensures that every customer is treated like family. Furthermore, he takes charge in providing the best services and reasonable prices for Al Accad products in the hospitality industry across GCC, Africa and CIS countries.
Mr. Javed received his Diploma in Mechanical Production Engineering (DPME) in 1987. He started professional career with Al Yatch Marketing Est. in Saudi Arabia and moved to sales team of WMF Coffee Machines. In 1996, he joined Al Accad Group as an Area Sales Manager and became founding member of Al Accad Hotel Supplies in UAE.
Currently, Mr. Javed is acting as Managing Director of Al Accad Hotel Supplies operations in India based in New Delhi and leading the team which is striving for developing a niche market in order to promote our quality products in such a diversified and competitive market. He comments that his team is passionate, hard working and absolutely motivated towards achieving our goals for 2012 and beyond.
